Using API to update Career Site

Our current third-party vendor is having issues scraping the Taleo Career Site to update the Organization's Published External Career Site. The third-party vendor would like to leverage an API third-party vendor to gather active requisitions details to post to the external career site.

Has anyone used API to update their published career site and grant the third-party vendor access to only pull active requisition details and restrict all other recruiting features?

We are on 22A and will upgrade to 22B at the end of the month
