The job offer has possible issues that may require your attention

Summary:

When creating an offer, the Recruiter downloads the letter template, makes a few changes and re-uploads the offer letter. When clicking on Submit, we get a warning message:

"The job offer has possible issues that may require your attention. You may want to adjust the offer letter to match any changes you made in the offer."

This is just a warning and I have checked that there are no data issues, and I can submit the offer for approval successfully.

I am just wondering why I am getting this message.
