Summary:

I am trying to edit an rtf document using BI Publisher for Word to increase the size of the chart and the font. When double clicking on the graph/chart to display the Properties dialog box, I am unable to edit any of the properties.

I am currently using BIP for Word in offline mode.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

Content (required):

ISSUE 1: Everything in the Builder tab is greyed out and is view-only. No fields can be edited.

ISSUE 2: Changes made on the Advanced tab do not save/reflect.
