Performance Journey ideas - Manager Navigation pain points

Content (required): We have a navigation pain point that comes up every year causing high ticket influx when our Manager rating period opens.
Issue: When our Manager Rating period opens, our official guidance is to instruct Performance Document managers to navigate to My Team --> Career and Performance --> Evaluate Performance in order to complete their evaluations. The "Goals and Performance Overview" is the default landing page, but it only shows current direct reports. This causes confusion because some managers are responsible for performance documents for workers who no longer report to them.
