Need to Auto clear spaces in Person names through HCM Experience Design studio of AutoComplete Rules

Summary:

Requirement is when User entering or copied text to First Name, Last Name.., sometime unfortunately they are entering with spaces . for that we need to validate and trim the spaces automatically on tab out.

Could you please let me know is this use case can be feasible or not.
