Summary:

I have no ability to actually upgrade my trial subscription that has ended to a paid account.

Content (required):

I have a default credit card configured, I have seen the $100 pre-authorization debit / credit on my default payment. But there is no upgrade "button". Therefore I am unable to actually upgrade my account to paid account.
