Compensation Default Access Level Formula Doesnt work

Summary:

As per the Oracle Doc , the return variables of the Compensation Default Access Level Formula in the sample formula as mentioned in the Implementation Guide(Pg#69) doesnt seem to be correct.

The code snippet mentions return variable as l_Selected , while the return variables as per the document are READONLY,UPDATABLE & NOACCESS.

Have tried as per the code snippet mentioned in the implementation guide, however the formula gives an error as the per the log file.

Can somebody pls help on the same? The relevant code snippets as per the doc and as per the custom formula are listed below
