Urgent Request Completed Email Notification

Summary:

We have a requisition that was checked off as Urgent. After the requisition was completely approved it sent out an email to one of the approvers with the subject --> Completed: Approve Urgent Requisition XYZ. This is not the standard FYI notification and I have not been able to reproduce in our test environment. Can someone confirm if this is standard and whether or not it can be adjusted?
