Closing & Archiving a Checklist (pre 22A) assigned via HDL
Summary:
Last year we had assigned a checklist via a HCM Data Load (HDL) to all of our employees on a benefit plan. This happened when we were on 21B/C. The checklist wasn't completed by many folks and is still open. We need to close it because we are assigning a new journey.
Content (required):
I tried running the process the "Archive and Purge Journey Data" process manually in every conceivable way as detailed in the Oracle doc below. I tried Archive, Purge, Archive and Purge, various different month values (or none listed). At least a dozen runs later...absolutely nothing worked.. That journey is still open for everyone who didn't do it last year.
