Its possible to restore VM (instance) from a backup?

Hello, I just broke my linux instance (uncusesfull linux update).

Now i cant login from SSH to fix it.

It possible to restore a VM from a backup? I didint make any backup, I thought they were created automatically.

Does oracle offer any recovery option?
