AE Payroll - Standard Gratuity Calculation - No of days for calculation is not picking correctly
Summary:
Currently our client is using a standard calculation card to calculate gratuity accrual. Some employee's gratuity is getting calculated for 31 days instead of 30 days.
Content (required):
If Employee is getting hired in months having 31 days, then gratuity accrual is getting calculated for 31 days.
If employee is getting hired in months having 30 days, then gratuity is getting calculated for 30 days.
As per Latest GCC law, gratuity accrual calculation needs to be done for 30 days only.
Can we update the standard calculation.?
