How to default Ledger Name to Context Sensitive DFFs

Summary:

Defined Journal Line DFF with context as Ledger Name. Require the journal name to automatically be derived based on the journal header ledger name in Manual Journal and ADFDI journal upload. Currently the ledger are defined as list of values and user need to select the right context to ensure the corresponding DFF segments are available
