How do I move education history from old to new account?

Summary:I need to move education history from a user's old to his new user account in Taleo Learn. He was a contractor and is now a regular employee. Both accounts are in the same sub LC.

Content (required):The new user account already has some mapped learning plans, but the old account has lots of completed courses, enrollments and mapped LPs that I would like to copy from the old to the new account.
