"Your data request references a member that is unknown to Planning or Essbase" error in SmartView

Summary:

When using a HsGetValue formula, unable to retrieve data for one member in the Account dimension. The issue is only with this one member. This member has been recently moved within the dimension.

When using a HsGetValue formula, unable to retrieve data for one member in the Account dimension. The issue is only with this one member. I use the same formula with any other member in the same rollup and am able to retrieve the correct balances.

This member is also part of a alternate hierarchy and when I use the member name for the shared member eg. [AltHier].[123456] , the correct balance comes through. When i reference the account directly eg. 123456, that is when I get the 'Your data request references a member that is unknown to Planning or Essbase. Make sure all members are defined in Planning and Essbase" message.
