To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Not able to restrict QnA based on security in ODA

Summary:

We are implementing ODA for SaaS.

We have a list of question and answer pairs for the client which we are uploading using the answer intents as given in the below link. By following the below approach, each question and answer pair will be a separate intent.

https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/digital-assistant/use-chatbot/intents1.html#GUID-7C828601-2DFA-4CFA-8F72-3FBB432AFD05

The question and answer pairs have been divided in to two categories namely ESS (Employee Self Service) and MSS (Manager Self Service). We are trying to implement a functionality where we want to restrict the MSS questions from being answered by the bot which is being accessed by a user who is having only employee privileges and not manager privileges.

Howdy, Stranger!
