Forecast Consumption view is not visible for the lower level Items in an ATO model

Summary:

We have an ATO model where we are loading Forecast externally for a top model and also few lower level Items. When a SO is created for a top model and in Planning a forecast exists for the same top model name which matches the Date is getting consumed and the Forecast consumption view is visible showing what got consumed, where and all the other required details

BUT

for the Lower level Items which are part of the SO been created for a top model and for those same lower level Items in a model, forecast also exists in Planning which can be seen getting consumed, as Order qty visible in Supplies and Demand against those lower level Forecasts is 0. But for the same the FORECAST CONSUMPTION view is not Visible showing WHERE it is getting consumed.
