Need to setup RMA approval when the RMA is created after 30 days of original SO creation

Summary:

In our business scenario, RMA is created referencing to original Sales Order. The requirement is to setup approval when RMA is created after 30 days of creating original sales order. For Ex - If SO was created/ordered on 1 June, then if the RMA is created after 30 June, then RMA should go through approval.
