How to segment data access on the Manage Job Offers work area in Core HR

Is it possible to segment the data access on the Core HR Manage Job Offers page? My understanding is currently this is a view all job offers to be processed, or view nothing...but I am wondering if there is an "inbetween" where the data can be specific to the data security access granted on a specific part of the organization?

So for example, if HR-Specialist-A is only able to see department-A, then HR-Specialist-A can see only Job offers for department -A in the Manage Job offer work area...and job offers for department-B, and department-C are not visible, because neither
