Testing a REST API in POSTMAN

I am testing this Workers API from Oracle HCM Documentation and the requirement is to update data in Workers API by schedule.

For example, I have updated a user's Date of Birth from September 1, 2018, to September 2, 2022.

Does the postman have the capacity to have a scheduled update?

In a high-level scenario, by testing the API, I want to schedule the update of the date of birth data to be effective by the end of this month and the update should be done now.

Is that possible through the postman tool?

Thanks.
