Need to Send bell notification to other resources when agent forwards messages to them in Service Request.

Is this feature feasible or not?

By default we are able to send email notification to resources whom agents forward the message. Bur our requirement to send a BELL NOTIFICATION. Please tell us whether this requirement is possible or not?
