Work from Home Flag for Differential/Comp Zone Use
We know that part of the salary differential/compensation zone functionality, we can utilize the Work from Home flag to use a home address salary range vs. a work location. Is there any way to break this down further and only use the home address differential for specific work from home states but continue to use the work location for others?
Example 3 below -
1) Employee works from the office, work from home = No -> Use the work location
2) Employee works from home, work from home = Yes -> Use the home address location
3) Employee works from home, but has the option to go into the office. Work from home =Yes -> Use the work location for some states and use the home address for some states
