New Application Icon While Viewing Requisitions

How other company's are dealing with not being able to see new applications that have been submitted for a given requisition.

We are currently moving from Taleo and EBS to HCM for ORC and Fusion. There are a lot of things that we are currently able to do and see in Taleo that we will be losing that functionality in ORC. One of them is being able to identify when new applicants have applied to a requisition. In Taleo there is an icon that tells the Recruiter that there are new applicants who applied to a requisition in the Requisition View. In ORC the only way you can see that there are new applicants is if you click into the Requisition.
