How do I assign a value to a Dependent flexfield field?

I'm trying to assign a value to a flexfield dependent field, but it's not populated.

I'm using the Field Modification Rule Type, when I change the "Status de Gerenciamento de Tempo" field to 7 the 'Motivo de isenção de Ponto' field should receive the value 3, remembering that it is a dependent field and is not populated.

The "Telework mode" field is filled in as it is a non-dependent flexfield.
