I get this error: "

Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12506, TNS:listener rejected connection based on service ACL filtering

 (CONNECTION_ID=p/D7oj0xRpy/Wa20cqejPA==)


Vendor code 12506

",  but IP is the same in ACL and ipconfig.

Yesterday, all was ok yet. I didn't change neither password nor authorisation data for apps.
