My instance was stopped, and now it can't be started again

My compute instance (free tier) was suddently stopped. Not by me.

I just noticed today that my instance is no longer available. Logged in to OCI and noticed the instance being stopped. Tried to start it again, but got an error message telling me to contact customer support.

Unable to start instance: Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

Since this is a free tier account, I don't have access to the regular customer support and have to ask in here.
