Report on number of referrals and employees that referred

Summary:

We have employee referrals turned on through Taleo. HR would like to know 1) how many candidates are referred year over year and 2) how many unique employees referred the number that is in 1.

I'm having a hard time getting this info in one analysis. Any know of a good way?
