Is there a way to see the reason for an Agent's failure?

When an Agent fails to run and deliver an Analysis, we can see that it Failed (under More Details of the Agent), but not why it failed. Sometimes we have 10 Agents running and one fails, we are in the dark about the reason. Especially, when we re-trigger it and it runs without any issue (which often happens). Is there a place/Admin tool that will show us the failure reason or some type of log that we can review for an Agent's activity? Thank you!
