Cost charging among multiple Ledger-Outsourcing

Each Legal Entity has its own Ledger.

Some employees are assigned to legal entity (Ledger X) but their salary should be cost charged to another legal entity (Ledger Y). Could you please send us instructions how to transfer this amount among ledgers.
