Notifications to be triggered to assigned Talent pool members or successors

Summary: Notifications to be shared with Talent pool members

Content (required):

We have a requirement where notification to be shared with the successors and talent pool members on the fact that they are assigned as successors/members for a dedicated role/position in the talent pool. Currently, I can only see few standard notifications under Manage Talent notifications (Talent Review) and the aforementioned notification is not included as one.

Please can anyone suggest/ advise if this can be achievable in the current version.
