Stop 401K Catchup and 401K Employer Match Elements from getting End Dated at Termination

Summary:

We would like to stop the 401K Catchup and Employer Match from getting end dated at Termination. When we do a re-hire the team has to manually enter these elements since they aren't getting auto-created

Content (required):

In our normal hire process, the 401K Catchup and Employer match elements are auto entered by the system.

In cases of Re-Hires, the 401K Catchup and 401K Employer Match are not getting created because they are End Dated during the Termination event from the employee's previous assignment.

Is there a way to turn off the auto end-dating of those elements at Termination?

Howdy, Stranger!
