Cannot log in to cloud account using SSO

Hello, when I try to log in to my cloud account by account name, I'm getting redirected to SSO screen which is saying "We have detected that your tenancy has been federated to another Identity Provider.". When I click "Continue" I see this error:


Your client is not allowed to access the requested object.

Also I tried to sign in with email and password, but with no luck. It's saying "Your account has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation."

However, I was able to request Oracle Cloud Access Details and I received an email describing account details
