Can we approve/reject a requisition that is waiting on a approver externally from OIC/pass /boundary

How to approve/reject requisition waiting on a approver from outside saas (OIC or pass) as an integration

Content (required):

We have requirement where we need to check conditions for requisition approval using a attribute on supplier DFF and few more conditions that are condusive to be done in OIC/paas than in req approval rules ( BPM or UI)

If we excute the said approval conditions in OIC, is there a way to approve /reject the requisition (that is in pending status waiting on a approver) from OIC rest call ?

We have raised an SR with support - we feel they have not understood the requirement well enough-
