I cant login to my account , i already posted 1 month ago same thread and got no clear response

I requested Oracle Cloud Access Details in July where they said: Hello Oracle Cloud User, There are no Oracle Cloud accounts associated with the e-mail address qwakqwak54@gmail.com. I chatted with 2 agents and they said to leave a thread here.

My account name is qwakqwak54 . My email address is qwakqwak54@gmail.com , ( i created this account only to post a thread). I cant reset my password , email just don't come to my email , I tried a lot of times . I contacted support and they said that email address is correct, they tried to reset manually but i still hasn't received email .
