Instance Page Not Loading

Summary:

All my sites have gone down. I am unable to connect to the server. I have been trying to load the instance page in my account as dashboard but it does not load either. Can anyone please help with this?

Everything has been working fine for the past 3 months until today morning when my sites suddenly went down.
