Which DBI retrieves "Enterprise Start Date"?
Summary:
We built an HCM Extract and we need to get the "Enterprise Start Date" on person work relationship, as the screenshot.
I tried DBI "Person Enterprise Hire Date", but it retrieved the earliest relationship, for example, O - Offer, P - Pending Worker; which is a different date with "Enterprise Start Date", not the right DBI to use.
In Oracle support document "Enterprise Hire Date Is Incorrect in the Data HCM Extract (Doc ID 2248474.1)", Oracle suggested to use below DBIs:
- Assignment Relationship Start Date
- Assignment Relationship Original Date of Hire
- Relationship Start Date
- Relationship Original Date of Hire
But none of them returned the correct "Enterprise Start Date" for my case.
