Summary:

Hi,

Here is my test case -

  1. Asset#100 is created for customer 'ABC'
  2. Create a RMA line with Service Logistics
  3. Perform RMA Receipt, then Put Away (RMA receipt routing is set as Standard)
  4. Location on Asset#100 is updated, but customer on Asset#100 is not updated

In IB history, I can see the following entry for RMA Receipt for Location Change

What's the reason that IB customer is not updated after RMA Receipt?
