Why is Schedule and complete New Item Request program not available in Schedule Processes list of va

Summary:

we want to run the Schedule and Complete New Item Request process but is not available in list of values of schedule processes. The NIR approval status triggers this process as requested but it has beeen configured somewhere to run at midnight. We want to be able to locate this program and revise the schedule but cannot find it in schedule process list (under Job or Job Set).
