I can't see my instances, compartments, Authorization issue ??

Summary:

Suddenly I am getting this strange message "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help.".

Content (required):

I was having 2 instances running and 1 Apex application running. Now my 1 instance and Apex is running but I am not able to see any instances, compartments, groups, users etc.
