2 Compute instances deleted by Oracle

Summary:

I have (had) 3 Compute instances, two small AMD ones, and one ARM one. Today, I tried to SSH to one of my AMD instances and I got a timeout. I logged in to my Oracle account and found that there's only ONE instance left. Two AMD instances are gone and I have zero information beforehand.

Later, I've tried auditing my account, and found that a user "-", or probably Oracle's admin/bot/w/e has deleted my instances for some reason. They deffinitely have nothing running that would cause them to be terminated. I've owned my account for more than a few years.
