Date start is different in backend.
Summary:
Date start is different in backend.
Content (required):
Hi Team,
For an Employee, in the employment page the hire date is showing as 05/16/2022 but in the per_all_people_f table the date_start column and effective_start_date column is showing as 05/11/2022. Does anyone knows why there is deviation. Ideally the Hire date in the employment page should be the same in the backend (per_all_people_f) table, right?
