OCI sudden instance deletion along with the boot volume

Hi, I was tinkering around with my always free account and was attempting to ssh into my instance and it stated that it could not resolve. Logged into to find out that the instance and the boot volume were deleted. No warnings nothing, just poof. Audited the instance and can see it was delete requested on the 26th, but not by me. Anyway it can be recovered? A lot of work went poof.
