Add Nonworker /Pending Worker Mobile responsive UI

Summary:

We have enabled the Add Pending worker/Nonworker Mobile responsive UI and have also enabled the attribute like Assign Managers. But the assign manager attributed throws attached error when,

1. We click on to add any Performance Partner Type, The performance partner name field id auto displaying some ID.
2. We don't add any performance partner type and performance partner name in it.
