Terminated Free Tier Server

Summary:

With no warning you terminated my "Free Tier Server" which was helping me and a school for disabled kids. With no warning nor notification.

Why you terminated the "Free Tier" Server, Wasn't it for ever?

On August 26th (last Friday) my server (Free Tier with Arm processors) was terminated with no warning and no chance to recover or even to pay to keep it running.

Is the Free Tier "temporary"? I thought it was for ever. And definitely a terrible lie if this was the case.
