Customer contact relationship exists but unable to find in Create Order page

Customer contact relation exist in AR but unable to find in Create Order page

Hi,

Unable to find some customer contacts while creating the sales order but available in AR.

Manage Customer> Relationship> Person who is a contact for an organization.

We are able to see the relationship in AR but the same is not found in OM.
