Unable to login into account due to 2FA "Sign in policy denied access"

I tried setting up 2FA for my account, that's only for personal usage. Something went wrong and I'm unable to login to my account, and it gives me an error "Sign in policy denied access". I have the client ID and the client secret I got when I created the 2FA application, am I able to gain access back with them? Tenacy name is "copperboat".
