Where is Requisition Field located under Internal Description in Requisition

Summary:

I am trying to find where one of my fields is located in Configuration. The field in question is in the below screenshot and is located under the Internal Description section when creating a Requisition. I tried searching under User Defined fields - Requisition Fields, but with no luck. We currently have this field a required field for Posting and I'm trying to figure out how that was accomplished since it is not required to save the Requisition.
