System's expected behavior when using Individual Compensation in MSS
What is the expected behavior when managers use the Individual Compensation functionality after the initial entry?

You have always offered me expert advice, so I come back to you hoping you can help again.
I have just set up an Individual Compensation Plan and I made it available in MSS, through the Manage Individual Compensation Action. Worth mentioning that for now, this is the only plan made available in MSS. I have configured access to only allow new allocations, while Update and Discontinue Allocations options I have set them up to Never Allow for Access Level.
