Purchasing Charge Account TAB segment based on PO Header Attribute is not working

Summary:

We have setup TAB Account setup for Purchasing charge account to derive on the segment based on the PO Header attribute. There are already 2 segment derived from BU & Item Category. After the new po attribute based segment , even the existing 2 segments are also not getting defaulted in the PO line .

I reviewed the setups multiple times and all looking good.

Any help is appreciated.
