Summary:

We are looking to use the aspects of the talent suite in a more holistic fashion than we do today. Currently we know leaders can view someone's person spotlight and click through the different menus (Skills & Qualifications, Succession Plans, Career Development, etc.), but is there any way to make this more user friendly and all on one page? And also integrate with other talent management modules?

If not in Oracle, is anyone using an outside source to accomplish this?
