Why render formats of a single grid (MR) report are not same in both HTML and PDF

I want to render the Management report in both HTML and PDF with the same formatting. PDF formatting is incorrect and different from HTML.

The Report preview is looking correct as expected in HTML. PDF formatting is incorrect and different from HTML. Has anyone else had similar issues and has a solution for this?
